Part-Time, Paid Position: 30-35 hours / week, starting at $20 - $30 / hour

Location: ClearPlan Financial, Inc., 6470 New Taylor Road, Orchard Park, NY 14127 (On-Site)

Reports to:  Christopher D. Urban, RICP ® (Retirement Income Certified Professional), Wealth Manager

Job Description: Client Experience Coordinator

The Client Experience Coordinator will promote an optimal client experience.  He or she will be responsible for creating an ideal environment for our wealth management clients and their loved ones.  The Client Experience Coordinator will need to be adaptable, empathetic, agreeable, organized, focused, and conscientious.  The ideal candidate will have engrained habits of consistently going above and beyond what is required to fulfill the needs of the individuals we serve.  The candidate should be able to complement the strengths and weaknesses of his or her ClearPlan teammates, be able to adapt to changing circumstances and be proficient at adapting to new and evolving technology systems.   The Client Experience Coordinator will report directly to Christopher D. Urban, RICP ® and work collaboratively with our team at ClearPlan Financial, Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for:

  • Developing professional relationships with our current and future clients to proactively delight and engage them
  • Pleasantly and professionally communicating on behalf of the Financial Consultant
  • Preemptively anticipating the needs of the Financial Consultant to promote the optimal client experience
  • Cooperatively interacting with ClearPlan Financial teammates
  • Flawlessly completing, processing, and submitting paperwork
  • Coordinating our client relationship management (CRM) system
  • Upholding compliance with industry and broker-dealer requirements
  • Performing other administrative responsibilities, as needed, to support the Financial Consultant's wealth management practice
  • Continuously representing Christopher D. Urban, RICP ® and ClearPlan Financial, Inc. in a positive light in all circumstances
